Savegames are stored on your computer not on the DB, only the stats that are important for the achievements are stored in the DB.

It still shows 5 legendary wins in your DB stats.

were you connected to DB when you won all of them?......ok, maybe you won't know, since it doesn't show connection like in HDS. try beating all the legendaries again, probably with HDS open in another tab to keep DB connection checked. im not sure if that particular connection check will work, but its the only way i can think that might show your connection.

Stats are updated whenever you win a game. Your session might be invalidated if you have multiple pages of the nulll site (non forum) open.

bluewing and i are thinking multiplayer time extension is a good idea. 30 seconds isn't enough time for this game. we are finding ourselves throwing a backup ok move just to avoid time ending. could you increase it to about 45 seconds to a minute, just to allow thinking room?

After playing with chyriax for a while we agree that the turn timer is too short. Perhaps it could be extended to a minute or so to give time for planning a move or analyzing the board?

win/loss record shows ties as wins no matter what, even ties you supposedly lost.

edit: also regarding win/loss record. the pvp acheivements do not appear to be working. my pvp record currently shows 14/1, though some of these were ties. i have no acheivement for getting 10 victories and i have refreshed the page to see if it shows up. the only other nulll page open the whole time was forum, so nothing there should have invalidated it. DB connection surely is working, since its multiplayer. not sure whats going on here.

Aye something is not working, the database shows zero pvp wins for all entries.

I'll look into the other issue as well.

Pvp wins should be reported now, you'll have to win one more game so it can report your stats.

Hawk, it might solve your problem as well, as it was a bug in the api, which caused all database update attempts to fail.

As for ties reporting wins, i'm not seeing anything wrong at the moment in my code.

I don't know if this should be fixed: AI plays sabatour in front of an empty slot. Waste of a ship. I'm in easy; maybe AI stops doing it in harder modes.

new problem with the achievements. i have 66 points from them. 60 from the single player, obviously, and 6 from the multiplayer. i think it sould be 75, and that the 20 wins achievement is showing as 1 point instead of 10.

Yeh i noticed that earlier and it has been fixed, but you'll have to win one more game (single or pvp) for it to update.

ai does it in all diff modes. and i agree it should stop. half the times i play against ai, game ends with its saboteur alive on the board.

The timer in pvp matches is not there to force people to play fast, just to deal with people that go afk and whatnot. I can increase it. Is 60 seconds enough?

60 seconds should be plenty. also, you might have to get with hawk about this one, but he reported playing a timer controled ghost of me when i joined that same game and was told that he left the game imediately. he also reports finding the wrong cards in my discard pile, once noting 3 nebula scouts, the chyriax when it was an emerald XY, and phoenix a few seconds later on the same card, same game. a later game he stated that my cards were all shown as MT until the end, when they reverted back to the XY that i always play. out of the 3 of us i have seen on multi, however, hawk is the only one to have these problems. the ghost of me is probably a connection error though, making it a problem that could occur with anyone.

when i win a game (against ai) and enemy ships are revealed but before i click continue, exit button on top should have a function "file a win; exit to main menu", not "turn win into loss, stay there".

I'm looking into to this, but as i said before, i can't see anything wrong.
Were you referring to the gameover screen, where you lost, but it somehow told you you won? Or are you talking about the counter in the lobby, showing your wins and losses, which is showing wrong numbers? Or the gameover screen that shows after you pressed the continue button, which also mentions your total win/loss rate? Or is this about single player games?

EDIT : one thing i did realize in pvp (fixed in next update), though, after dark1n's report about the exit button. In case of a tie and you lose, but your opponent pressed 'exit' or 'continue', you'll be told it's a win if you're still connected if this happens - in this case you'll first see the defeat notification, and then the victory one, once you press 'continue' it will count as a win for you. This is because a disconnect on your opponent's side automatically turns into a win for you, even when game over has already happened.
