On this site you will find info and examples about my audio-visual projects. The site has 3 main sections : 'General', 'Music' and 'Visuals'. Each of the 3 has it's own sub-menu, shown on the left. Clicking on the 'Music' and 'Visuals' tabs will bring up the extended sub-menu for each of those sections.

September 2008

9 More full album downloads are available, including Symphony III - Monolith. Check the full list of available tracks and albums on the MP3 page. This should be all of them online now. More still to come in the near future.
IDNM will appear on a split CD later this year with 4 new tracks. More info on the release will be added to the site closer to the split's release date. Check the NULLL forums for a preview of the new tracks.
Deadbooks.com is online, a SF-horror series by Hasso Wuerslin, offering several free episodes, music by In The Mist was used in the fifth chapter.

Recording of new albums by UDOM, FOTGWO as well as a split with CA/TSS are on hold as i've been having trouble with my right arm making it difficult to work on PC and play guitar/keyboard.

February 2008

I did a slight forum overhaul, including adding a section to replace the now-gone guestbook. The forum will have various topics on the progress of my projects, with samples and previews. These will be updated more regularly than the website as it's easier and faster to do and i can't really update my site for every small bit of progress on a project. So check out the forum for last-minute updates at the NULLL forums.
'Prelude To Monolith' is now sold out. I currently have no plans to re-release this album, but will make the MP3s of all tracks available in the near future.


January 2008

Two weeks off from work makes a difference, i've been able to spend quite some time on my 'Tykarr-Aqui'ix nebula' scifi novel. Chapters 1 through 10 are now online, check the 'words' section for download links to .pdf and .rtf files.


November 2007

Long time no update. There has been some stuff going on in the background, but overall progress is going very slow. My job has been taking up most of my time lately and situation will probably last for another month or two. If it lasts longer than that and the job still interferes with my AV projects, i'll take measures to make sure i can spend sufficient amounts of time again on what really matters.
Currently in progress :
The sci-fi novel 'Tykarr-Aqui'ix nebula', currently still at 9 chapters but i have lots of ideas worked out for a lot more chapters and some vague ideas for follow-up episodes to this book. I'm also working on several short stories, also sci-fi, most of them are just rough drafts, but one so far is progressing nicely. I'll probably have that one finished way before 'Tykarr...'.
3D stuff in general : the trailer for '4th Moon of Xyth' is on hold and as it stands now, i doubt i'll ever continue working on it. The project would take 5 years assuming i can spend several hours a day on it, which is not happening at the moment. I'll still do 3D design and sci-fi scenes, but mostly for other projects such as covers for the sci-fi stories and CD booklets. The entire series of '4th Moon of Xyth' for which i had several episodes worth of material already written out might end up becoming a (series of) book(s) instead. Making a complete 3D animated series of all the material i have would take several lifetimes worth of work.
Music : still several albums in various stages of completion of which i can not offer any release dates at all at the moment. I have been working on recording a new (not 100% new) UDOM album since mid summer and so far only managed to find time to record the keyboards and orchestral parts. Got myself a new guitar effects unit (Boss GT-pro), which i'll probably end up using once i've spent enough time with it and figured out how to create a new guitar sound with it for UDOM. Release date would be around mid 2008, but it's probably to soon yet to know for sure.
Misc : did some interviews lately which i'll add to the site hopefully soon. A number of Wijlen Wij reviews are available as well, most of them surprisingly positive.
Also, i had some A4-sized prints made with images from 'Desolate' and 'Death Time Emptiness' a while ago. It took a bit to find suitable (and especially strong) packaging for these, but they should be available soon.

The 'Words' section has a new entry : the first three chapters for a '4th Moon of Xyth' related science-fiction novel is online, also available in .pdf format. Related images have been added as well.
The '4th Moon' site has been updated as well as the '3D & CG art' section of this site with images and information on the 'Akata class cruiser' 3D model.
I'm currently working on two new albums that will be released as part of the 'Interludium' series. Both should be available by the end of May. 'Interludium IV - Leviation' contains two ambient tracks by Organium. 'Interludium V - Buried in the Void' is the follow-up to Dreams Of Dying Star's last album 'Funeral in the Void', it features one long ambient soundscape. As soon as mastering is done, MP3 extracts will be made available online.
