Fixed a graphical bug that caused card spawns from carriers to have the wrong (or no) image on the board.
The card portrait of the spawn from Echo Image's auto ability is now flipped to make it more apparent which one is the original and which one the spawn.
Fixed an error in the deck editor screen that caused card amount numbers and scroll arrows to stop being rendered.
Reorganised the loading phase, which should now be a bit shorter.

Card popups have been moved to the new UI system. Performance improvements are minimal and will mainly show on android and in the flagship editor screen.
The card popup button style setting is no longer used. The look of the buttons on the card popup is now fixed.
The card popup on the custom card test screen has not been updated and as such no longer shows a card portrait (this doesn't affect the purpose of the test screen).
UI elements on the card popup in UI color will now be updated when the UI color is changed.
Dialog boxes have been moved to the new UI system, improving their performance in general.
