V 3.01.002 (30 oktober 2014)

  • Sneak Attack now properly immobilizes the target.
  • Fixed some typos in ability and environment texts in the combat log.
  • Adjusted the scoring of the combat outcome in simulations, so that the AI is less likely to skip playing any cards and starting its combat phase right away. This could happen if the outcome of the combat simulation was greatly in favor of the AI.
  • Added a short pause after the discard phase in unpredictable, to keep attacking ships from overlapping the info text popup.
  • The number of cards drawn each turn in unpredictable goes down by 1 every two rounds, to 3 cards from round 7 onwards.
  • From round 6 onwards, the generated cards in unpredictable are fully random and no longer guaranteed to contain 1 ship, 1 structure and 1 action.
  • Unpredictable is now capable of lowering the droprate of individual cards or even keeping cards from being generated at all.
  • Logfiles now provide data regarding the state of the board every round.
  • Changed the underlying mechanics to some skills in preparation of the XY card set. As a result, acti abil ID 2005 has been merged into ID 2009, and as such 2005 doesn't show up for the flagship anymore. 2009 Remains available for flagship customization. Acti ID 2013 has been upgraded to support the source card not attacking when the acti is used.

V 3.01.001 (23 oktober 2014)

  • Fixed some typos in card descriptions, ability values, and ability-related popup messages during combat.
  • Unstable Freighter its acti should now deal deal damage to all three ships in front of it, regardless of the freighter's position.
  • Fixed a bug related to recover when it applied to action cards (this affected the 4th Moon of Xyth and 3rd Moon of Xyth cards).
  • Void Diver's acti ability (repair self, scrap top card of deck) now requires a card to be scrapped before the repair triggers.
  • Fixed some graphical glitches and errors on the combat screen.
  • Dual color cards with zero as minor cost will no longer show the secondary color's icon and cost in the costfields for cards in the editor or in hand.
  • Flagship card will no longer take part in the fade animation on the opening hand screen when requesting a new hand of cards.
  • Thogrom Bomber's acti can now also target bases.
  • Fixed a crash that could occur when the AI is considering using Antimatter Cargo or Unstable freighter.
  • Changed the abils on the engineer type ships : these now have an acti that changes the type of energy their auto ability generates. The auto ability generates the ship's race its energy type by default.
  • Changed the subtype of the engineer ships, they're now science ships instead of cruisers.
  • Updated and added various info texts on the combat setup screen.
  • Added a new game mode, called 'Unpredictable', available from the combat setup screen. Players draw 6 randomly generated cards of the chosen races every turn. The entire hand is discarded at the end of a player's turn. Players can only deploy 1 structure each turn. This game mode doesn't support deck mods and environments. Only generated decks can be used.
  • Fixed a bug that caused the first environment to trigger once for each active environment at the start of a player's turn, while other environments didn't trigger at all.
  • Added a new deck mod, called 'Basic ships', which removes all abilities from ship cards in the deck (except those granted by other deck mods).
  • Added a new deck mod, called 'Cerberus fleet', which halves the attack of all ships in a deck, but gives them the 'Cerberus' passive. This deckmod is not compatible with the 'berserk fleet' deck mod.
  • Added a new environment, called 'Datastream', which allows players to draw 1 to 2 additional cards during their draw phases.
  • Added a new environment, called 'Relentless', which gives players 1 to 2 additional combat phases during their turns.
  • Added a new environment, called 'Energy vortex', which drains 4 to 8 random energy from opponents every turn.
  • By default, generated decks for players will now have a deckstrength of 50.
  • Plasma Screen, Anti Screen, and Energy Shield now have the 'Immobile' passive. Plasma and Anti screen have received 5 additional defense, Energy shield 4 defense.
  • Added a visual effect when the 'Siege' passive activates.
  • The acti ability on Antifusor now requires a ship to be present, else it won't generate any energy.

V 3.01.000 (10 oktober 2014)

  • Retaliation no longer triggers when the source of the damage is owned by the same player as the ship with the retaliation ability.
  • Fixed a bug with the temporary savegame that resulted in changes to decks not getting saved.
  • Fixed a bug with the temporary savegame that could crash the game at startup, if new decks were created in a previous session. This update will be able to load savegames that were corrupted as a result of this bug.
  • Random base energy generation now works properly.
  • Adjusted bonus and penalty calculations as a result of the acti cost in the flagship editor for acti abilities with multiple editable values.
  • The dialog boxes with the scrapyard contents can no longer be opened if the scrap is empty.

  • Added extra abilities for flagship customization.
