V 3.06 - Technos

V 3.06.002 (20 april 2015)

  • Fixed a graphical bug that caused card spawns from carriers to have the wrong (or no) image on the board.
  • The card portrait of the spawn from Echo Image's auto ability is now flipped to make it more apparent which one is the original and which one the spawn.
  • Fixed an error in the deck editor screen that caused card amount numbers and scroll arrows to stop being rendered.
  • Reorganised the loading phase, which should now be a bit shorter.
  • Reorganised the android recovery phase, spreading out the more expensive operations.
  • Various minor performance improvements related to graphics.
  • Prerendered boost images that were stored locally will be removed upon launching this version of the game.
  • Adjusted the value generation for the acti ability that generates 1 of 4 choices of energy to fix a possible bug.
  • Minor layout fix on the combat screen related to global auras.
  • Removed the setting that prevented the screen from dimming as a result of inactivity (android only).
  • Card popups have been moved to the new UI system. Performance improvements are minimal and will mainly show on android and in the flagship editor screen.
  • The card popup button style setting is no longer used. The look of the buttons on the card popup is now fixed.
  • The card popup on the custom card test screen has not been updated and as such no longer shows a card portrait (this doesn't affect the purpose of the test screen).
  • UI elements on the card popup in UI color will now be updated when the UI color is changed.
  • Dialog boxes have been moved to the new UI system, improving their performance in general.

V 3.06.001 (13 april 2015)

  • Fixed two bugs in the custom card generator that could crash the game while in unpredictable mode.
  • Fixed a bug in the custom card generator in random mode that could cause it to create global auras with broken abilities.
  • Techno Drain can now only target own ships, as was intended.
  • Attackers their base on-hit effects will no longer be ignored if they were blocked by Ethereal ships.
  • The combat screen has been updated to the new UI system, except for card popups and dialog boxes. There are various minor changes to the layout.
  • Added proper base images. HU, CA, XY and CC base images are of lower quality and as such are still considered placeholders.

V 3.06.000 (07 april 2015)

  • Disabled the UI testing screen, which was left accessible via the main menu.
  • Fixed a case of custom structures, created while in random mode, receiving ship-only abilities.
  • Fixed a crash in the AI related to the play ability that scraps the top cards of an opponent.
  • Fixed a bug in the custom card generator that could cause some abilities to have no value.
  • Ships with restore will no longer have their bonus attacks from multistrike and randomstrike reset to 1.
  • Fixed an error in combat animations that affected ships who were destroyed during their attack animation, causing them to dissapear instantly, instead of fade out. This error was likely also responsible for the rare case where ships started their attack animation from the wrong vertical position.
  • Added the TM card set.
  • Abilities from the TM card set have been added to the custom card generator.
  • Custom ships with the ethereal passive receive a 15% bonus to attack and defense.
  • Custom ships with the play ability that creates an ethereal copy have their cost increased by 20%.
  • Custom ships with the aura that increases the cost of cards when this ship damages the opposing base have 20% less attack.
  • Custom ships with the aura that increases their attack or defense when they damage the opposing base, start off with 20% less attack and defense.
